It is extremely important to have balance in your life. A healthy balance can increase your energy, confidence, and happiness. It has the ability to ensure your growth and secure your mental peace and well-being.
In order to place stones on top of each other, they need to be balanced. This means that if there is too much weight on one side, the stack will fall. This is similar to one’s life because it is important for people to achieve balance. If you are doing too much of something, then that upsets your balance and has negative effects. For example, it is good to partake in physical exercise; however, it is not good to do too much or too little. If you exercise too much or run too fast then that can have serious consequences on your body and brain such as muscle tears, a weakened immune system, and heart damage. On the other hand, exercising too little can lead to heart disease, high blood pressure, weight gain, weakened muscles, and trouble moving. Therefore, it is important to exercise, but in a balanced way where you are not over-exerting yourself.
